This is the price of a 7-8 year old plantation tree as those who have bought trees know well and here we are offering 20-25 year old wild trees at the same price.
At Al Hashimi's valuation of $375 per 2.5g for a freshly distilled oud oil, that's oil that sells for $5,400 for 36g. Al Hashimi normally age their oud oils and so the $375 is actually a lower price than retail due to the freshness of the oud oil you will receive. The catch is honest and simple: this is a reserve on a living, wild harvest. Two years to maturity, six months to distill and cure. Oud has never rewarded the impatient — and it has never disappointed those who wait.
