Everyone who even has a passing familiarity with oud can recognise Thai oud oil. The stuff is ubiquitous everywhere with its characteristic plum fruity opening notes that can become slightly cloying. There are plantations across regions like Trat that produce this oud from young farmed trees.
So you may wonder, why on earth I am offering a commonly available oud oil on a site that is dedicated to bringing the finest oud oils available? Well that’s because this oil smells nothing like a typical Thai oil. It provides a glimpse into a glorious past. Into what has been lost. It smells like a wild Trat oil, because it is a vintage wild Trat oil - something most of us have not experienced before.
Russian Adam of Feel Oud personally spent time painstakingly acquiring whatever wild Trat agarwood he could lay his hands on, to create this masterpiece. This is probably the last bottle on the market ever to be sold, so definitely one for a serious collector.
The bottle shown is slightly below the full capacity due to previous decants, but has never been used for personal use.
The price is for a 1g High Recovery Vial
